A rush service can apply to either how fast your order is completed - designed and printed - or, it is an upgraded shipping speed from our standard UPS Ground to UPS Next Day.
Most often it is a combined combination of both so that your items are completed and arrive in the quickest timeframe possible.
do you offer rush services?
We do offer a rush option if it is needed - a 40% fee will apply to all items in the order.
Please note - most items can be rushed but specially made items like wax seals cannot. We will guide you through what can or can't be accomplished within your timeframe in order to expedite it the beat way possible.
why is there a rush fee?
Simply put - we, along with our printers and other vendors, have to work overtime in order accommodate a rush order. The rush fee also encompasses having to order supplies that are shipped at a faster speed, like Next Day, which is more costly than a standard timeframe.
how fast can I get items?
On our end, we will design within 1-2 business days (variable on how many items have been ordered) once we receive your content. After that, you will need to proof your items to ensure all is correct - for a rush, you will need to proof immediately in order to stay on the fast track, the timing that it takes to proof is on your end (example - if it takes a week to get the proof back to us, that is an extra week added to timing). If corrections need to be made, 1 more business day is added on our end.
Once the final proofs are approved - it will take 7-10 days for printing and processing. This is variable on how many items you have and if there are upgrades like specialty cuts (arch border for invitation inserts or welcome sign). Once your proofs have been approved, we will give a more clear outline on timing.
When your items are completed and processed - you will choose which shipping speed is preferred. Please note, we are not liable for any delays in shipment due to carrier, weather, lost or damaged packages or unforeseen issues.
To summarize - a well timed rush can average between 2-3 weeks.
